The NAIL LOUNGE understands that Safety and Sanitation are key to your peace of mind. Our implements are medically sterilized and disinfected after each use. Buffers and files are used only once then discarded. All pedicure procedures are done with liner protection. And above all, staffs are trained to follow a proper sanitization protocol that puts clients hygiene as the number one priority.

The Nail Lounge is the newest sister salon of The Nail Bar of Hamilton Place Mall. Our goal is to tailor to our clients' needs to give them the best experience with us.

For every dollar spent you earn As these points add up you'll earn discounts that can be redeemed on nail services or gift cards Our membership requirements are simple, just provide your full name, email, and telephone number. Your information is never shared and is secure in our salon system and used for our promotional purposes only. Without an email and telephone number, you do not qualify for the salons' membership benefits.

APPOINTMENTS
Reservations are recommended so we can secure a time that accommodates your schedule; however, we are happy to accept walk-in's whenever possible. In order to keep providing quality services The Nail Lounge reserves the right to refuse service to anyone with a nail condition we suspect may be contagious, anyone with open and/or infected wounds on the treatment area, and/or anyone that may be harmed by our services.

CANCELLATIONS / LATE ARRIVALS / NO-SHOWS
We understand that circumstances may arise and you cannot keep your appointment, but in consideration of our nail technicians we ask that you please provide a 24-hour cancellation notice, and a noticed for late arrival. If we have not established contact within the first 15 minutes (5-10 minutes for Express services) of your appointment time, your reservation may be reopened and/or given away, and/or services may be altered to fit the remaining time of the reservation. Guests with more than two no-shows may be asked to prepay future appointments at the time of booking.

REFUND POLICY
We do not offer refunds on any services rendered. If you for any reason are not happy with your service please contact us to schedule a repair on your service within 5 days.

CHILDREN
If you bring your children for their safety and as the courtesy to other salon guests, we ask that you keep an eye on your children at all times we are not responsible for their supervision. There are chemicals and tools which if ingested or used improperly can be harmful.

GIFT CARDS
All Gift Certificate sales are final. Gift Certificates cannot be exchanged for cash. Even we are a sister salon with The Nail Bar, gift cards for each salon was designed differently for management purposes, so we shall not accept gift cards from our other locations.
